IS MY PLAN TRIGGERED?
Based on the forecast snowfall for today and tomorrow.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A STORM.
1. We watch the forecast
When snowfall is forecast to hit your plan’s trigger, we plan the route in advance — streets grouped for efficiency, Premium (2 cm) customers first, then Complete (4 cm), then Essential (6 cm).
2. We mobilize after the snowfall ends
Clearing starts as the snow winds down, so you get one clean pass instead of chasing a moving storm. In multi-day storms we may do a mid-storm pass to keep driveways passable, then a final clear when it ends.
3. Every property cleared within 12 hours
Driveways and walkways are cleared within 12 hours of the snowfall ending. That is the guarantee on every plan — no need to call or text to check.
4. Windrows handled per your plan
The city plow ridge at the end of your driveway: included every visit on Complete and Premium, available as a $25/visit add-on on Essential. If a windrow appears after our visit, let us know and we will come back for it.
DURING A STORM, YOU CAN EXPECT.
- No need to call. We track every property on our route — if you are a customer, you are on the list.
- Driveways and walkways first. Getting you in and out safely is the priority on every visit.
- Sanding available. $15 per application as an add-on; included on Premium.
- Honest delays. Severe blizzards with road closures can slow us down — safety comes first, and we will always communicate if the 12-hour window is at risk.
